Nursing Services
Broadview Nursing Home offers comprehensive Nursing Services, providing round-the-clock nursing and personal care. Our Residents have access to highly skilled health professionals, including doctors, ensuring their well-being is prioritized. Let’s Make Healthy Changes Happen
Our Continuous Quality Improvement initiative:
This year we will focus our quality improvement plan on reducing falls, appropriate prescribing of antipsychotics, avoidable ER visits, unintended weight loss, and reducing infections. We are excited and committed to achieving many goals this year. As a home we chose these areas to focus on and make improvements through gap analysis during our annual evaluations, quality meetings and input from our resident council and family communications. Through our analysis we remain above the provincial average for falls and has one or more infections and as a committee we would like to further improve in these areas. Our home in collaboration with our IPAC lead are working towards decreasing current rates of infection while increasing hand hygiene compliance and vaccination rates. Learn more here

Long Term Care Fees and Services
Rates for the Long Term Care facility are set by the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care. Subsidies for basic rates may be available for eligible applicants. If you have any questions or comments please contact us.
